We generally join the team as an advisor after the visioning exercise has been completed for the target initiative. From there, we can help define the business plan, roll out planning and costs for the business initiative. As the team buildout begins, we can take on an interim role or remain an advisor to the team members.

Most of our team have several passports and some can work in over 30 countries without a work visa. This increases our flexibility to fill interim roles or be on the ground, if required, for extended periods.

We follow country evolutions for changing comparative advantage. As country policy shifts and opens or closes to more economic activity, opportunities open or shift for foreign investment.

When the client is a large multinational with offices in many countries, we can help with the actual change management associated with the initiative.

When the client is a start-up in multiple countries, we tend to specialise in the minimal structure required in each country to start and evolve from there. All global business initiatives become very local very quickly. It is essential to establish a structure and governance for relationship between global and local activities.
