INTERIM MANAGEMENT

Once an initiative is approved to start, we can remain on as a senior advisor or board member; or we can take an active functional role to build and launch as a member of the launch team.
It is important that there is continuity throughout the planning, funding and execution phases as senior stakeholders or investors prefer to invest in a team of individuals, rather than a business initiative.
Progress reporting, performance metrics and regular status can be lightly built into the start-up will allow the core team to monitor local project activities and overall global programme budgets
Once the launch has occurred and the selling and operating procedures embedded and functional, the build team can retire progressively and let the initiative operate and grow normally.
