John founded Borderless Partners in 2019. The team is global, dispersed and connected. We have always looked at the world without borders. Sure, it can be complex. However, we find excellence in multicultural teams, common languages and common understandings.

Our methodologies around start-up structures, programs and projects are time tested and doesn't require tons of resources to build and maintain.

We work with young startups who have an idea and need some structure on how to get started. Borderless has been part of many small bootstrap starts and it is a thrill to work with wicked smart young people.
